Optoi is an industrial and equity investment holding company, composed of a group of 5 companies: Optoi, Eoptis, TNS, Innovasens, and UpSens.
Optoi is a company specialising in microelectronics, founded in Trento in 1995. The first technological spin-off of Fondazione Bruno Kessler (FBK), a centre of excellence for research in Trento, Italy, and Europe. Optoi is the group company equipped with production facilities both at the microelectronic level for the production of components, and at the electronic level for the production of systems. The company designs and manufactures sensors and systems for industry, mobility, aerospace, and the biomedical sector.
Eoptis is the group company specialised in developing and producing vision systems and optoelectronic measuring instruments for the industrial world. Highly innovative technologies, such as colorimetry, multispectral imaging, and 3D measurement combine with established architectures to create robust and reliable products.
TNS is the division of the Group dedicated to the design and production of mechatronic systems for industry 4.0. Rooted in the Triveneto area and oriented towards the international market, it collaborates with the University of Padua and with the SMACT Competence centre.
Innovasens is the Brazil-based company, set up to market and develop products intended for the South American continent, also via on-site development and assembly.
UpSens can also count on a loyal and skilful local network of companies dedicated to innovation.
